The definition of softcock, as stated by Urban Dictionary; 1. "man who cant get a hard on(eg, Jarrad Jones), therefore is a useless cunt, useless cunt therefore being a softcock, softcock can descibe someone who cant or wont do something whatever that might be" 2. "A half-baked nancy boy/girl who can't keep up with the rest of the crew but purports to be able to."
