Stumpy Mark Two was the second Water rocket built by User:Willemhenskens. It was quite similar to Stumpy Mark One, since they were both simple, 2-litre PET bottle rockets. Mark 2 was launched from a launcher with a Clark cable tie mechanism. This superior launcher was used for all launches to come.
