Mountain Biking or MTB is a sport whereby people ride bicycles specifically designed for off-road use in a forest/bush or other non-tarmac environment. MTB races are a popular facet of this sport, though many people choose to ride just for fun or fitness, and are termed 'weekend warriors'.
